In our experience it is extremely important to a successful sale to produce a comprehensive, accurate and positive selling document. We call this a Confidential Briefing Document. We believe the quality of our Briefing Documents differentiates us from most other business brokers.
The time we invest at this stage also ensures we understand the business thoroughly and helps in our dealings with buyers later in the sales process. As part of the writing process we will carry out a detailed business valuation to check the preliminary valuation we provided prior to being engaged.
It is our policy always to state a Guide Price as, for most buyers, this is the single most important criterion for their search process and most buyers will not engage if this information is not included.
