Anderson Shaw provides a range of corporate finance services including business sales, business valuation reports, equity-led business funding and acquisitions support:

• Business Sales:  We specialise in selling owner-managed businesses in B2B sectors.  Typically the businesses we sell have annual sales of between £250k and £7.5m.  Usually we are asked to sell 100% of the business but we are equally able to assist business owners who wish to sell less than 100%.
• Business Valuations: As a result of our knowledge and experience of selling businesses we are also able to provide formal valuations where we are not required to assist with a business sale.  Formal valuations are often required for departing shareholders, separations or for accountancy purposes.  We are also asked to carry out valuations for merger transactions and corporate restructuring.
• Business Funding:  We have access to Private Investor, Business Angel funding for businesses in need of equity-led funding and when other sources of funding are either not available or not suitable.  Amounts provided are typically in the range from £50k to £2M. 
• Acquisitions Support:  We support companies making acquisitions.  This may include search, analysis and valuation of acquisitions, integration planning and negotiation to Heads of Terms.  
• Other Transactions:  We are always keen to extend our services and would be delighted to hear from potential clients who require other transaction related services.
