This project was driven by the company concerned seeking a valuation in order to consider a potential management buy-out of the business by an existing senior member of staff, or for the sale of the business to an interested third party. Anderson Shaw worked very closely with the partners in the business in determining its’ underlying performance taking into account various issues relating to the work in progress of the business.
