This project was driven by the company concerned seeking to introduce an incentive scheme for various of their workers. The company was at an exciting growth point in its development and were looking at introducing a scheme that would help them take-on and retain new talented people into their team. The shareholders were seeking to offer a performance-based incentive scheme and sought a start valuation for the business, together with potential valuations based on the growth anticipated. Anderson Shaw worked closely with the company and their tax advisors to produce the necessary valuation model for them.
We engaged Anderson Shaw to provide business and share valuations as part of developing a new company incentive scheme. It was all new to us, but Peter and his team clearly explained each step of the process and worked closely with ourselves and our legal team.
