A family-run refrigeration business, with annual sales in the band £250k to £500k, specialising in the design, installation, maintenance and repair of cellar cooling systems, cold and freezer rooms and air conditioning for the food and drink market. The owners needed to sell the business quickly when their son, who was managing the business, decided to pursue his career elsewhere.
In view of the relatively low price and the distances involved, this sale was handled remotely with a single visit to the client’s business premises. This worked well with support being provided by phone and email.
