This digital design and marketing agency was founded by the vendor in 2003. It provides website design and digital marketing services to clients predominantly located in the Midlands. The seller approached Anderson Shaw in mid-2017 to sell the business and after going to the market, and having various approaches for the business, a suitable buyer was found in Spring 2018.
Heads of Terms were agreed in May 2018 but part way through the due diligence process the uncertainty following the BREXIT vote hit the market and the buyer then eventually withdrew their interest in the business. After a lengthy pause, the business was re-marketed in September 2019. A new Buyer was found, and Heads of Terms signed in December 2019.
The sale of the business then completed in March 2020 after around 3 months of due diligence.
