Established in 2002 by the owner, this busy Signs & Graphics Company had grown consistently even throughout the recent economic recession. Growth was powered by a strong online presence with 2 well-established, independent websites, one promoting a range of popular sign products and the other the company’s own range of chevron marking kits for commercial vehicles. The owner wished to sell in order to pursue other interests.
The buyer was a private investor who having sold his business was looking for a new interest.
We spent a great deal of time, in this case, persuading both buyer and seller that a deal was in their best interests - this is sometimes the case where we judge that a deal should be doable if we can create the right environment for agreement.
